About the firm
Our firm is trilingual in Spanish, German, and English, which allows us to offer comprehensive services to all clients. Our core values are ethics, perfectionism, and continuous training, ensuring a complete and appropriate service in legal matters or conflicts. We accompany our clients from the beginning and support them at all times.
We specialize in Real Estate Law, covering the entire process from the granting of powers of attorney and the application for NIE, to due diligence, preliminary contracts, and procedures following the public deed.
Our specialization also extends to other areas of Civil Law, specifically, property matters and other real rights, and inheritance. This specialization is complemented by the corresponding civil procedural law, bridging the extrajudicial with the judicial.
Dr. jur. Isabel Martens, the founder of the firm, holds a Law degree from the University of Granada and a PhD in Law from the University of Málaga, with a specialization in Civil Law. After working at renowned firms such as Garrigues and conducting research in Germany, she decided to establish her own firm, with the aim of offering the best service to her clients based on ethical values and absolute dedication. Education and research are fundamental pillars for her, so she continues to publish academic texts and teach, thus contributing to the training of future jurists and colleagues.
